I bought Pro but the skies are still locked

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, or go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Scooter Ride Pro. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never renews.

Watch Ad says no video right now

Videos need an internet connection and are not always available. Wait a moment and tap Try again. Each day one locked sky is also free to ride without a video.

How do I steer and brake?

Drag anywhere on the screen to steer and hold the Brake button in tight bends. Prefer tilting? Turn on Tilt steering in Settings; then touch and hold the screen to brake.

Turning the evening reminder on or off

Tap Remind me of tomorrow's free sky after a ride to turn it on. To turn it off, open the Settings app, tap Notifications, then Scooter Ride.

The game has no sound

Check that the ring switch is not on silent and that Music and Sound effects are on in the game's Settings.
